TrvRequisitionTable.isClosable Method
Indicates whether the travel requisition can be closed.

true if the requisition can be closed; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The travel requisition can be closed only if all the mapped expense reports have been approved.
On closing, the travel requisition is not available for reconciliation.
