SyncWrkCtrTable.validateProjServerProperties Method
Checks whether the related resource can be integrated in the Project Server.

true if the resource can be integrated to the Project Server; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The Project Server does not allow for two resources that have the same name, even if they are stored in different companies. The Project Server does not allow a resource with an empty name.
