TradeBLWIParameters::checkBLWI Method
Checks whether the purpose code is filled in a transaction and whether a warning or error, depending on the parameter settings, should be given if the Belgisch Luxemburgs Wissel Institute (BLWI) is started.

- _recId
Type: RecId Extended Data Type
The _recId parameter that contains a record identification.
- _typeOfForm
Type: TradeBLWITypeOfForm Enumeration
The _typeOfForm parameter containg the identification of the form which has to be checked.
Return Value
Type: boolean
true if the purpose code is filled in correctly according to the settings in the BLWI parameters; otherwise, false.
