  Type: MarkupTransactionType Enumeration
  The invoice transaction type to which the miscellaneous charge is connected.

• _invoiceAmt
  Type: AmountCur Extended Data Type
  The markup amount on the invoice.

  Type: MarkupCode Extended Data Type
  The markup code on the invoice.

• _purchAmt
  Type: AmountCur Extended Data Type
  The markup amount on the purchase order.
