BudgetTransactionLine.displayAccountingAmount Method
Displays the amount as entered by the user on a budget transaction line.

The accounting amount of the budget transaction line.
Remarks
The sign of the amount will be changed when it is retrieved from the table if the line has a BudgetType enumeration value of Revenue.
