Checks whether there exists margin with the specific voucher.

  The record ID of bank letter of credit import.

  The posted voucher number.

• _transDate
  Type: TransDate Extended Data Type
  The transaction date of posted voucher.

Return Value

Type: boolean
true if there exists margin with the specific voucher; otherwise, false.
