Indicates whether the current LeanScheduleGroupEntryGroup table buffer is valid.

Remarks
The combination of the AllocationId and AllocationGroupDataAreaId fields must be unique across all ScheduleGroup records that belong to the same WrkCtrResourceGroup table.
