Posts the lump sum to be matched against the deduction.

• _merchandisingEvent
  Type: TAMMerchandisingEvent Table
  The lump sum that is to be posted.

• _tamTradePromotionTo
  Type: TAMTradePromotion Table
  The trade allowance agreement that was created for the one time promotion.

• _tamDeduction
  Type: TAMDeduction Table
  The deduction to which to match the lump sum.
