WHSWorkTable.skipLines Method
Updates open optional work lines associated with the current work to Skipped. Mandatory work lines are updated to match previous pick work class

true if any work lines were skipped; otherwise, false.
Remarks
Work lines are only updated when the status of the current work is open.
