Calling the WhatsThisMode method changes the mouse pointer to an arrow with a question mark and enables What's This Help mode. Clicking an object displays the What's This Help topic specified by the WhatsThisHelpID property for the object. Pressing ESC disables the What's This Help mode and returns the mouse pointer to its original state.
