How to: Delete Views from Databases
Views are saved with the database. When you delete a view from Server Explorer, it is also deleted from the database.

Deleting views is not fully available for connections to some database management systems.

Your computer might show different names or locations for some of the Visual Studio user interface elements in the following instructions. The Visual Studio edition that you have and the settings that you use determine these elements. For more information, see Customizing Development Settings in Visual Studio.
To delete a view from a database
Right-click the view you want to delete in Server Explorer.
Click Delete on the shortcut menu.
Click Yes in the confirmation message box.
