Add Navigation to Forms Sample

This sample contains the following classes.

Class	Library	Description
_nav2buttons	_table2.vcx	Displays a pair of buttons that provide GoNext( ) and GoPrevious( ) functions.
_nav4buttons	_table2.vcx	Displays two additional buttons that provide GO TOP and GO BOTTOM functions to the _Nav2Button class.
_tablenav	_table.vcx	A non-visual class that provides data navigation to other controls.
_nav2picbuttons	_table2.vcx	Displays a pair of picture buttons that provide GoNext( ) and GoPrevious( ) functions.
_gotobutton	_table2.vcx	Provides a button that displays a Go To dialog box.
