Get-AzCosmosDBSqlDatabase
Gets the CosmosDB Sql Database.

Description
The Get-AzCosmosDBSqlDatabase cmdlet gets the list of all existing CosmosDB Sql Databases for a given ResourceGroupName, AccountName and gets a single CosmosDB Sql Database for a given ResourceGroupName, AccountName, DatabaseName and ContainerName.
