When the value of the PidTagRecipientProposed property (section 2.2.4.10.4) is set to TRUE, the value of the PidTagRecipientProposedEndTime property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.905) indicates the value requested by the attendee to set as the value of the PidLidAppointmentEndWhole property (section 2.2.1.6) for the single-instance Meeting object or Exception object.
