| Name | Value | Description |
|---|---|---|
| None | 0 | Do not apply any of the flags. |
| IgnoreTransform | 1 | The blur layer's radius is not affected by transforms. |
| HighQuality | 2 | Use a smother, higher quality blur algorithm. |
| All | 3 | Apply all the flags. |
