Comentarios

Si las propiedades ya se han cargado, no se volverán a cargar. Si no son actuales, llame al Refresh método en el objeto para actualizar las propiedades.

Si falta información suficiente sobre este objeto, se genera una excepción. Si el objeto no existe en el servidor, el método devuelve false. De lo contrario, las propiedades se cargan y el método devuelve true.
