Creates a logger description from given data

Parameters

loggerClassName
String

The class name for the logger.

loggerAssemblyName
String

The assembly name for the logger.

loggerAssemblyFile
String

The assembly file name for the logger.

loggerSwitchParameters
String

A string of logger parameters, null if there are none.

verbosity
LoggerVerbosity

The verbosity switch for the logger.

Note On the command line, all loggers get the same verbosity level.
