To create a summary query that runs once, developers must pass null to the handler parameter of the appropriate constructor. To create a summary query that instead monitors summaries as they occur, developers must pass a valid predicate. To stop a monitoring query, developers must stop the query with the StopQuery(HKQuery) method.
