Indicates the maximum size of the call composure picture.
Pictures sent via #uploadCallComposerPicture(InputStream, String, Executor, OutcomeReceiver) or #uploadCallComposerPicture(Path, String, Executor, OutcomeReceiver) must not exceed this size, or an error will be returned via the callback in those methods.
