Sends report to remote host as reply for GET_REPORT request from Callback#onGetReport(BluetoothDevice, byte, byte, int).

device: BluetoothDevice

type: SByte

Report Type, as in request.

id: SByte

Report Id, as in request.

data: Byte[]

Report data, not including Report Id.

true if the command is successfully sent; otherwise false.
