Eigen Events (Preview)
Provides events from Ingenuity for use as flow triggers. You can use this connector to start flows whenever a selected event completes in the Eigen Ingenuity System

When events are detected in the Ingenuity system, they are pushed to Power Automate in real-time, enabling engineers to propagate the alerts using flows. For example, an alert can be sent as an SMS or as a mobile notification.
Prerequisites
To use the connector, the following prerequisites should be met:
- You have to be an Eigen's Ingenuity customer running Ingenuity and other complimentary services in cloud or onprem.
- Ingenuity v5.6.3 and above as well as Eigen Events Bus v0.2 and above both configured for secure public access (check with Eigen Support for more details)
How to get credentials?
Credentials in form of API Keys should be created by the Eigen Events Admin in the web interface provided. Once created, an API key can only be used for events in the scope specified for it. Please request your API Key from your Admin.
Known issues and limitations
This connector will not work out-of-the-box if Ingenuity and Events Bus are onprem without a public facing gateway. Contact Ingenuity support to see how you can circumvent the issue.
