With Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Crossbeam, reps can leverage ecosystem insights right from their existing workflow to enhance decision-making, accelerate deal cycles, and increase deal sizes.

Prerequisites

You will need the following to proceed:

  1. A Crossbeam account
  2. An Outlook account
  3. A Microsoft Copilot for Sales license
  4. Salesforce or Dynamics 365 connected to Crossbeam and Microsoft Copilot for Sales

Must have license to Microsoft Copilot for Sales Must be a Microsoft Outlook customer Must be a Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRM customer with one of these data sources connected to Crossbeam Must have a Full Access seat or CB4S seat to use

Sales Insights in your inbox

Install this connector for your workspace and your team will be able to get ecosystem insights from Crossbeam right alongside their emails using their Crossbeam login.
