Requirements Management for Ranger Projects Team/Personas and Epic/User Stories … some slides

As part of our Rangers process formalisation and associated Ruck evaluation we have created a reference deck of slides which summarise our thinking around teams, personas, epics and user stories. All of the current Rangers projects are based on these concepts and definitions, whereby we are expecting future Rangers projects to follow suit in order to create a repeatable and systematic way of finding and highlighting the killer features and top scenarios of Rangers guidance and out-of-band solutions.
