Team System VPC Available to More Subscribers

Initially, the VPC download [VPC Available on MSDN Subscriber Downloads] was only available to MSDN Universal Subscribers. I've just learned that the Team System VPC is now available to MSDN Professional, Enterprise, and Universal Subscribers, as well as Certified Partners and the MSDN Academic Alliance.

    That is great. But where in the tree is it? I have looked and do not see it. And I am a universal subscriber.
