Drag and drop project files

Every now and then, I get a request for putting all the sample code together for the drag and drop walk-through... Well, Lester has done exactly that at https://blogs.msdn.com/llobo/archive/2006/04/11/573560.aspx, so just click over and enjoy!

"AS IS" is fine; but "Confers no rights" needlessly creates problems for us.

That means we can't copy and paste from your sample code without violating the copyrights you have just asserted; we have to re-implement from scratch. Why on earth would you do this? If you intend people to actually use this sample code, then you should be doing the exact opposite of "Confers no rights". Or is this part of a new scheme by the Evil Empire to own the world by hook or by crook, insinuating little tiny fragments of sample code into other people's applications, and then suing 'em? Maybe not. But it looks dreadful from our perspective. And it does cause no end of inconvenience, because it does force me to re-implement without cut-and-pasting.
