Microsoft Office and BMC software

I came across this case study showing how Office 2003 and SharePoint were
used to help BMC sales people manage their sales cycle, not from a contact
management standpoint, but with respect to how their agreements with clients.
Why I like this one particularly well is not just because it showcases our
stuff. It is also a great example of how a company brought some measurements in
to figure out if the solution would help, how much it would help, and where it
impacted the bottom line. We are not talking about "intangible" benefits here.
