UK Windows server user group

The title says it all ready. Mark Wilson has created a group on Linked in to help get the ball rolling again - he explains why this was needed and what to do on his blog. Please take a look.

    Hi, I am using Windows 2000 Server, I have share one Folder in my drive E: and in that share folder i have around 20 GB data and my few user is accessing that data (normal files and folder). They also have right as full control, they can delete folder, they can create folder but when they try to rename folder it giving an error called "can not rename new folder : there has been Sharing violation. the source or destination file in use" . Even server administrator also getting this error. Again if i try to create new folder in drive E: though it giving me this error. Help me in this. Thanks
