Windows SDK for Windows Vista has been released
Today has been an exciting day for developers. First, the final version of the .NET Framework 3.0 was released, and I just recently found out that the final version of the Windows SDK for Windows Vista has been released today as well. Here are the download locations:

The Windows SDK includes documentation, samples, header files, libraries and tools that can be used to develop applications using APIs that are a part of Windows Vista, including the following .NET Framework 3.0 technologies:
- .NET Framework 2.0
- Windows Presentation Foundation
- Windows Communication Foundation
- Windows Workflow Foundation
- Windows CardSpace

Hi Ian - I don't have an exact date, but it is very close to being done and will be available soon. I'll definitely post an update when it is ready to download!
