how can I obtain the GDK hardware?

Good morning, we are a video game publisher, and this is the first time we are processing one for sale on the Microsoft Store. It seems we need Microsoft's GDK, but we can't find any section on the ID@Xbox website. How could we obtain a GDK and have it sent to our company? Kind regards
