Trigger in Workflow Automation in Azure

Question

Hello,

I have designed a Workflow automation that if a resource that is created in Azure does not follow any recommendations to defend for the cloud and its state is unhealthy, it sends me an alert with a Logic App that I configured.

The problem is that when I delete the resource, my Logic App tells me by email that the resource is incorrectly created and I don't understand why it does that, how can I solve it?

I use the "When a Microsoft Defender for Cloud recommendation is created or activated" trigger in my logic app
