Certification Exam approved but didn´t receive any confirmation email and cannot see it in my certification list

Hi Team,

On November 14th at 4:30PM GMT-3 I approved the exam MS-900 but so far I didn´t receive any confirmation email and cannot see it in my certification list.

Could you please check it out, I need to share the result in my work.
