No me deja programar un examen, me da error al paso Programar examen cuando le doy al boton Programación con Pearson VUE

Buenos dias,

Estoy intentando programar el examen para AZ-500, cuando le doy en el paso final a Programación con Pearson VUE me da un error y no me deja continuar para agendar el dia y la hora. ¿Es posible que sea algo relacionado con mi perfil? Que puedo hacer para solucionarlo? Quedo a la espera. Gracias
