Windows 11 Security Update KB5052085 is stopping Oracle Database Connection

After the automatic installation of Windows 11 Security Update KB5052085 (06 March 2025), users were unable to connect to the Oracle database server (Legacy ERP Server). However, Windows 10 users can connect without any issues.

Error Message: "Application Error SQL Error Contact your System Administrator" and "Application Error.
