I need to pay an overdue bill that says I need to contact an Azure representative

Good morning, 

I'm trying to pay an overdue bill, I've already changed my payment method as my previous card got cloned, but it says I need to get in contact with Azure Support to pay it. I sent them an email and told me to do this.

Could someone please help me with this?
