We placed order through our supplier for MS office Profession 2019. It was activated with one of the email ID.
unfortunately we forgot the password for the account and now MS office - Excel in that system is not working properly.
How to recover the password, the information given by supplier is not available now as team has got changed and no one is remembering now.
How to reset and activate the MS office again in the system. Moreover, once the office is installed and configured, why its asking credential again, as we need to keep it offline(not connected to internet). Client Policy does not allow these to be connected to internet.
