    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Based on my understanding of this issue, please check the permissions at the remote computer level. Please follow the steps below:

    1. On the remote computer, open the Local Users and Groups (Lusermgr.msc) tool.
    2. Select "Groups > Remote Desktop Users" to check whether the user is a member of the group.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best regards

    Zunhui

I did try your suggestion (it’s LUSRMGR.MSC by the way). The group was empty as I’m connecting as a user in the administrator group. The problem is more apparent when resuming the session after minimising the app to do other things. The ‘other user’ screen is also frozen. The only solution is to close the RDC app and reconnecting. This only seems to be happening after the last update for iPad.
