How to redirect the serial port between 2 Windows 11

Hi

I want to redirect the serial port between 2 Windows 11 Pro. I have disabled in Groups Policy "Do not allow COM port redirection option" in both VMs and I have used Remote Desktop Connection client with Ports enabled in Local devices. However, the serial port is only partially redirected, i.e. it is visible in the command line as redirected:

but not in Device Manager and cannot be used by other applications (Tera Term). Could someone explain what is wrong with this setup ?
