Register Resource Provider: Make sure the Microsoft.DataShare resource provider is registered in your Azure subscription. You can do this by navigating to your subscription in the Azure portal, selecting Resource providers, and registering Microsoft.DataShare.

Verify Data Source: Ensure that the data source you are trying to share supports snapshot schedules. For example, Azure Blob Storage and Azure Data Lake Storage are supported, but some other sources might not be.

Check Existing Schedules: If there is already an existing snapshot schedule, you might need to modify it instead of creating a new one.

Follow the Steps: Here are the steps to enable a snapshot schedule:

Navigate to your Azure Data Share resource.

Click on Received Shares.

Select the specific share (e.g., share_contoso_sales).

Click on Snapshot Schedule.

Select the schedule that has been made available by the data provider.

Click Enable
