I would like to know if there is any method or script that allows for the automated updating of applications installed on devices enrolled in Microsoft Intune. Ideally, I would like to schedule updates at a specific time and ensure that they include both locally installed applications and those deployed from the Company Portal.

From your description, I know you want to know how to Automatically Update Installed Applications on Devices Enrolled in Microsoft Intune.

Based on my research, if the apps were deployed from Microsoft Store(new) and they were UWP type, they will automatically update to latest. If the apps type were Win32, here is a link about how to Automatically Update Apps in Intune with Dynamic Win32 App Deployment you can refer to.
