Dear Microsoft Azure Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am a student at Loyalist College, currently enrolled in a course that requires the use of Azure services. I recently noticed that I have been charged for Azure usage, even though I was under the impression that I was utilizing the free tier with student credits.

Upon reviewing my account and consulting with my instructor, I learned that Microsoft has recently removed certain free-tier options and reduced the student credit from $300 to $100. This unexpected change has resulted in charges that I did not anticipate.

As my usage was strictly for educational purposes and aligned with the lab requirements set by my course, I kindly request a refund for the incurred charges. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,
Harshrajubhai Parmar

    Hi @Harsh Rajubhai Parmar ,

the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
