How to setup DNS to allow sending email from Outlook (Personal Office 365) to Yahoo addresses

Hello, I am just a personal user.

I have a personal Office 365 account (Outlook, PPT, etc.).

Over the past few months I have not been able to send an email from my personal @outlook.com email address to any email addresses supported by Yahoo (@yahoo.com, ******@sbcglobal.com, etc.).

The documentation I have seen says that I need to make an adjustment to a DNS record, but since I am just using the ******@outlook.com email address that I set up, I don't have a domain to aim the DNS at.

I'm not a developer, software person at all.

This all worked until 6 months ago and now every email sent by my ******@outlook.com address to any Yahoo.com addresses bounces back.

How do I fix this?

David Walter
