How to regain access to Microsoft authenticator?

I have recently moved to a new device, and now I dont have access to my Microsoft authenticator app, and I have been trying to login to my Microsoft accounts but it just puts me on a loop where it wants me to put in a code but I can't because I dont have acess. I also don't have my old device so I cant scan the QR code, is there anyway to fix this?

    Hi,

    Go to Users ----> Reassign MFA

    then you can reconfigure from your new mobile
