Azure logic apps failure

My azure logic app failed on Feb 18 and Feb 20 at 1:15 AM UTC but succeeded on Feb 19. The http request in the logicapp says "Gateway time out" from the portal. We cant enable retry for this job since that executes multiple times which we tried before. We want to know if there is any network issue from Azure and it failed. Basically we want to know the reasons for failure and the actions to be taken

Based on the information provided, we suspect this issue could be related to intermittent network latency, a temporary slowdown in the API response, or transient Azure infrastructure behavior at that time. While there were no service health notifications, we recommend manually testing the API at 1:15 AM UTC to check for response delays.
