Could you please check if you have the following scenarios:
- If you have work profiles created before in Edge, please try removing them.
- If you have work accounts signed in at Email & accounts in Windows settings, please try removing them.
And suggestion you can try: remove all Microsoft Edge profiles. Please navigate to %localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge on your computer, end all Microsoft Edge tasks in Task Manager and delete the User Data folder. Please note that it will also delete the local data of your current profile, so you may keep a backup elsewhere. Then re-launch Microsoft Edge and sign into your personal account again.
