I am using Outlook classic to view old emails. I do not need Outlook classic to send or receive emails. If I cancel my trial subscription to 365 will I still be able to use Outlook Classic to view old emails?

    Hi @Tom Daues ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Are you using Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 for business subscription?

If you are using Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, when your Microsoft 365 for personal subscription ends, the Office apps enter a read-only mode. This means you can still view or print documents, but you won't be able to create new documents or edit existing ones.

If you are using Microsoft 365 for business subscription, please refer to this official article: What happens to my data and access when my Microsoft 365 for business subscription ends?

    Hope to help you!
