OUTLOOK 365, error code: 0x80070002

Question

I have new version of outlook 365 installed, i have de-selected try New Outlook in upper right hand corner.

I am trying to add a older .pst data file:

I go to

File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Data Files > Add

When i click Add, i get this error message:

An unknown error occurred, error code: 0x80070002

I get this same message on 2 separate workstations, both have Microsoft 365/Office / Outlook 365 installed.

One of these computers is a brand new lenovo laptop, where i installed Microsoft 365 in a brand new install with Copilot 365.

The other is a Dell Workstation, with a newer install of Microsoft 365 with Copilot 365.

And no, PST file is not corrupt, i cannot even get to the option to select a pst file.

PLEASE HELP!!!
