Ensure that the secure score is properly synced from Microsoft Defender. Sometimes, the secure score may not sync correctly, causing recommendations not to load and also ensure there are no ongoing service issues with Microsoft 365 that might be affecting the tenant. You can check the Microsoft 365 Service Health dashboard
Microsoft Secure Score stuck on “Loading.” Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
- Check Synchronization: Ensure that your devices are properly synchronized with Microsoft Defender and Intune. Sometimes, the Secure Score might not update if there are synchronization issues
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause loading issues. Try clearing them and then reload the Secure Score page.
- Use a Different Browser: If the issue persists, try accessing the Secure Score page using a different browser to see if the problem is browser specific.
- Review Recommendations: Go to the Security recommendations page and clear any filters or search fields. This might help in loading the recommendations properly
