My website not loading, static website on blob storage.

I did not do anything and have not changed anything or any setting, all of a sudden the website is not loading.

Could you please share the App Service Quota, If your plan is over-utilized, it may cause the site to stop responding.
- In the App Service Plan left panel, go to "Quotas" (under Scale up).
- Look for CPU, memory, storage, and network usage limits.
Also check the Diagnostics tools of the App service, for any errors/failures within the application.

NOW I"M "S****ED" and both of my websites wont load" I can't create a support ticket because this is all automated now and this is the only help I can get. I was away on Business durring this time.
DUDE i'm just going to move to AWS, this is horrable that I was Migrated and my websites won't load..... I knew i did not touch anything and i was migrated by Microsoft and Now I'm the one that needs to fix this...... TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE !!!!!

I appreciate your response and the opportunity to provide the necessary details for further review. Please find the requested information below:
Let me begin by expressing my deep frustration regarding the repeated disruptions to our production environment caused by Azure. This marks the third significant outage within the past year, directly impacting our websites and causing irreversible damage to our brand reputation.
Azure’s frequent backend changes have resulted in unplanned outages, affecting our business operations. Below are the previous support cases related to similar incidents:
- Support Request ID: (Created: October 23, 2024)
- Support Request ID: (Created: April 1, 2024)
Due to these ongoing challenges, we have made the decision to migrate our infrastructure to AWS. As of now, we have successfully transitioned all resources and will be proceeding with the closure of our Azure subscription.
Our experience with Azure has resulted in:
- Increased operational costs, particularly with Azure Front Door, due to unexpected migrations.
- Critical support issues being addressed through community forums rather than dedicated technical support.
- A complex and cumbersome troubleshooting process for fundamental cloud operations.
By contrast, AWS has provided us with a significantly superior service experience, including:
- Dedicated live support within 12 hours for the same cost per month, rather than relying on community-based troubleshooting.
- AWS Amplify for static website hosting, offering seamless integration with S3, built-in SSL certificates, and CloudFront with automatic Apex root domain aliasing.
- A simpler, more efficient cloud infrastructure, reducing technical overhead and accelerating our operational efficiency.
Ultimately, AWS has proven to be a more reliable, cost-effective, and user-friendly cloud solution. Given the challenges faced with Azure, we no longer wish to continue using it as a cloud provider.
