About saving Azure Workbook on a Storage Account

I recently posted this question

I realized that I could not save the workbook on a Storage Account due to permissions.

What are the permissions needed?

You need to have a minimum of Storage Blob Data Contributor to save data on a storage account. Please find the Roles and their descriptions available below.

The role assigment is applied to the user/group saving the workbook?
