Issue with Reset Password Functionality on Company Account
The reset password window does not respond when attempting to change the password for an account with a company taken over by Totalenergies.
I was previously with an electric car charging company, paying a £4 monthly fee and using my bank account for payments. Now that Totalenergies has taken over my previous company (Source London), I need to update my bank details in their system. However, I forgot my password.
I received a new link for resetting my password, which led me to the reset password page. It displays options for "RESET PASSWORD" and "NEW PASSWORD." When I click on the reset password button, it lights up but does not respond. Consequently, I am unable to enter a new password and log in to my account to update my card details.
Some people have suggested that this might be an issue with the Google Chrome browser on Windows 11, as it seems to prevent making payments or changing passwords. My default browser is Google Chrome. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated. Thank you.
